Our interest was peaked and thought we would see if it was truthful advertising. It was and we did not feel uncomfortable telling them what we were willing to pay and what we expected. They were very nice and accommodating. We left with a 2010 Toyota Corolla and a slightly smaller monthly payment. They delivered what they promised. Because they were courteous and willing to work with us so we could leave with a new car in our budget range I recommend them. They are not pushy and patronizing but patient and helpful.”

When we first went to Lombard Toyota we knew we wanted a RAV4 but we didn't know if we should get new or used, 4 cylinder or 6, what options we needed/wanted, etc. Carlos spent a lot of time with us to make sure that we were comfortable in making a final decision. We test drove several different cars with Carlos--went home, thought about it, came back to ask Carlos more questions and took a couple more test drives. Carlos was very low key, patient, and knowledgeable. Once we picked out a car every thing went smoothly with Joe Castillo, Director of Finance. Joe also was low key and very helpful. This is the first car purchase that I've ever made that the Dealer Finance guy didn't try to shove their "special" finance deal or extended warranty down my throat.
